Not true, I work at a McDonalds and regularly deal with people who have worked there for years and are absolute shit employees. I've only worked there for 8 months and I have always had a harder work ethic. Then a few months later, there was a huge overhaul of the place and a change in management. I have an awesome one, I was doing an internship at a music shop.

Every now and then in music shops you have to sort the CDs back into the right order because people are stupid and ruin things for everyone. So I'm doing this and I've got everything neatly arranged and I'm carrying a massive stack of CD's, way above my head and I can barely see.

Stupid bitch comes up to me, raging her head off that she can't find an album and that it's probably in the wrong section.

Firstly, I tell her I'm really busy and there are a lot more people in the store she can ask for help, but if she gives me a second to sit down these CD's then I'll help her. Secondly, when she threatens to get the manager I tell her I'm only on an internship and the manager won't give a fuck.

But no, this isn't good enough and she metaphorically beheads me with her fucking voice. I drop all of my CD's, turn around and the album she's looking for is on the shelf behind me under the right band name, right at the start of the shelf.

Aside from me messing around with computers and gadgets since I was 13, I decided to apply for a job in late Junior year. (was 17 at the time).

I went to every computer repair/tech support place in the city, applied to be a technician. Even applied to a ciber-security firm (they wanted to hire me but couldn't, me being 17.).

I got accepted at 4 of the places , but the most "prestigious" of the businesses told me that they were looking for someone with "online" experience. I quickly told them I had and went with their CEO for an interview, I quickly got told that they were making a new department for their company, I promptly got interviewed and got the job a few days later.
So my first job was DOD (Director of Online Department).

Little did they know that by the first month I learned all I could about these kinds of businesses and was actually starting my own.

Been self employed since then. currently expanding all operations.

I WAS mad at him for a while, and a little while back he basically admitted "yeah that was a pretty terrible job, lol." Then he got me burgers.

after a while, people got on with me (about 2 month maybe.) and I start getting overtime (39 hours a week instead of my usual 9.) then anytime I dont want to accept overtime, manager tries to guilt trip me saying "this is how you act after everything we have done for you?" *refering to giving me overtime.*

now I am one of the best workers there, work with 4 girls, 1 is a fat lazy shit who is always on her phone,
the other is chubby and always talks and moans.
the other is a milf and the other is a slutty old woman (well 34 or summin.)

I get on with them all, but it makes my job hard as fuck since I need to move cages in the smallest backstore ever and if I don't move cages, I can't get my stock. I move cages, bitches moan, because they sit and talk all the time if they just done their work, they could finish their isles in like 1 - 2 hours, I can finish mines (hardest of them all.) in about 1.5 - 2 hour
I even done all their isles one day (3 isles.) and finished it quicker than they finish 1.

hopefully when I am 18 I get bumped up to supervisor however my hypothesis is they will not give me a promotion since none of the other dipshits can do my job cause they are all too slow and too weak.
